Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the consulting services provided by Carmine Consulting ("Consultant"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided: Consultant agrees to provide consulting services aimed at improving the client's credit score. These services include advising on strategies to grow credit, assisting in the application process for appropriate credit accounts or credit growth accounts, and providing guidance on building credit through effective consulting methods.

Fees and Payment: Client agrees to pay Consultant for the consulting services rendered according to the fee structure agreed upon. Payment terms shall be specified in the agreement.

Credit Repair Services: Consultant agrees to provide complimentary credit repair services to the client. These services may include removing negative items from credit reports using consumer law, sending customized dispute letters, and utilizing CFPB reports and rebuttal letters.

Refund Policy: After the full 180-day program is complete, a refund may only be initiated if the client has experienced zero positive changes to their credit report. If the client has received no positive change due to their actions such as high credit utilization or late payments added to their credit report, or other factors, then Consultant cannot initiate a full refund after consulting has been done.

Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall continue until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party, subject to the termination notice period specified in the agreement.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of the Agreement.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, USA.

Changes to Terms & Conditions: Consultant reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Consultant's website or notifying the client directly.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
